... for the State This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed to pray for quashing of the proceedings in G.R. Case No. 1394 of 2014, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol.

The matter is related to the matrimonial disputes of the parties. A police case was initiated under Sections 498A/323/341/406/324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Saha, learned Advocate appears for the petitioners and submits that the parties are at peace now, they have resumed their conjugal relationship and presently staying together as husband and wife.

Accordingly, Ms. Sarkar has prayed for an appropriate order. State is also represented.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I find that the complaint filed by the petitioner in this case to set about a criminal proceeding against the opposite parties is infructuous now. So is the entire proceedings pursuant to the same.

Accordingly, there remains no merit in this matter. The revision being CRR No. 1911 of 2015 is dismissed and disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
