1. This matter has come at the instance of the petitioner for correction of the order dated 2nd July, 2024.

2. In the description of the application, instead of "Section 304", one of the sections mentioned as "308".

3. Accordingly, "Section 308" shall be deleted and replaced by "Section 304".
