Mamata Singha Since no one has appeared in the second call, hence, the matter is taken up in absence of the parties. According to the records, the matter was last taken up on 4th September, 2015, though the same has been pending in the list since 4th January, 2023. No one is appearing for either of the parties. Hence, the same may be disposed of in absence of the parties thereto.

In this case, the judgment and order dated 19.05.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 5th Court, Alipore is impugned. By dint of the same the Court has confirmed and upheld the order of the Magistrate in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The grounds made out in this case by the petitioner regarding infirmities in the judgment of the two Courts as mentioned above does not appear to be sufficient and cogent enough to warrant any interference thereto. Instead, both the judgments of Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Alipore dated 22nd November, 2013 and that of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 5th Court, Alipore dated 19.05.2015 appear to be just fair and proper. On the grounds as above, I do not find any merit in this revision. Hence, CRR no. 1917 of 2015 is dismissed.
