It is the allegation of the petitioner that Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have been causing obstruction to his egress and ingress from his residential premises by blocking a Panchayat road. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that despite several representations made, no steps have been taken by the Panchayat authority.

Learned advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, however, denies the said allegations. The representation made by the petitioner does not specify the nature of the obstruction allegedly created by Respondent Nos. 5 and 6. It is also not stated therein that such obstruction has been caused by way of unauthorized construction. In view of the above, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending. The petitioner is

granted liberty to approach the appropriate court of law for redressal of his grievance.

Accordingly, WPA 14541 of 2025 stands disposed of.
