Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Perused the report of the State dated 4th March, 2025. It is found from the report filed by the State that the petitioner has complied the order of this Court dated 27th June, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 1898 of 2024.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks for waiving of the conditions imposed in the order granting bail. In view of the above, the condition that "the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station" is waived. However, the condition that "the petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a

fortnight until further orders" is modified to the extent that "the petitioner shall report to the concerned police station once in a month until further orders".

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
