1. The revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of SC/332/2023 pending before the Learned Additional District Judge, 1st Track Court, ADJ, FTC, 2 Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.
2. It appears that the case was committed to the Court of Sessions on 18.11.2023. Two years have passed. Till date "charge" has not been framed by the Trial Court.
3. Considering the said facts and on hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with in this case.
4. Ms. Zareen N.Khan along with Ms. Diksha Ghosh, Learned Counsels and empanelled Advocates of the State of West Bengal present in Court are to be appointed in this case. Let their appointment be regularized by the Appropriate Authority.
5. On hearing the parties, the revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the Trial
Judge shall make all endeavour to frame charge within a month from the date of this order.
6. Considering that all three(3) accused persons are appearing before the Trial Court, it is further directed that the Trial Court and the pubic prosecutor shall make all endeavour to ensure that the Trial in the present case is completed expeditiously, and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either sides, preferably within a period of one(1) year from the date of this order.
7. Learned Counsel for the State shall communicate a server copy of this order to the Learned Public Prosecutor in the case before the Trial Court.
8. CRR 2803 of 2025 is disposed of.
9. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
