The present revisional application was preferred against the order dated 05.04.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore wherein the learned Magistrate was pleased to award monetary relief to the extent of Rs.1500/- per month to the wife and subsequently fixed 20.06.2012 for evidence. Records of the revisional application reflect that the same has not been admitted till date.

In view of the fact that a statutory provision is provided for an appeal, I am of the opinion that the revisional jurisdiction of the High Court cannot be invoked in respect of the present case. Accordingly, CRR 2099 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
