In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 11.04.2012 wherein the learned court was pleased to reject the prayer of the petitioner under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure holding that the dispute complained of was purely civil in nature and does not divulge any cognizable offence.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate and the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2105 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
