Mr. Amitabha Karmakar ....for the petitioner Mr. Iqbal Kabir Ms. Sanjida Sultana ...for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that at the time of hearing of the earlier application for anticipatory bail, it could not be submitted before the Court that the present petitioner was suffering from neurological disorder. This is not a material change in circumstance that would make a second application for anticipatory bail maintainable. Besides, this is a case of acid attack by the petitioner and another. In view of the above, the second application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not maintainable, as the same was filed without any material change in circumstance.
