The petitioner is aggrieved by the repudiation of the insurance claim by the respondent no. 2.

According to the Insurance Company, the insurance was obtained upon suppression of materials facts which is disputed by the petitioner.

I am of the opinion that disputed question of facts cannot be adjudicated by the writ Court.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
