Ms. Baisali Basu ...for the State It is seen that at the top of the order dated 10.09.2021, inadvertently "CRR 2112 of 2020" has been typed, the same is incorrect and the correct number would be "CRR 2112 of 2012".

Department is directed to make necessary correction and consider the same as part and parcel of the original.

The report so submitted be kept with the record. Ms. Baisali Basu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and submits the report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station, Jalpaiguri. The report reflects that fresh notice has been issued upon the defacto-complainant for appearance before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri on 02.12.2021. Having regard to the present stage of the case, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

The revisional application being CRR 2112 of 2012 is, thus, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
