Petitioner submits that the petitioner is being entangled in one after another cases. To that effect informations were furnished to the superior of the police, but no action has been taken.

Having considered the plight of the petitioner, I direct the Superintendent of Police to conduct an enquiry to see that without procedure of law the life and liberty of the petitioner is not jeopardized.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14572 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
