Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner made an application for transfer in prescribed pro-forma on 16th June, 2025 and subsequently school authority where petitioner is presently working issued 'No Objection' certificate in favour of the petitioner on 16th June, 2025.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner since portal is suspended, school authority has not forwarded the transfer application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) concerned for taking further steps.

State respondents, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates. 5.
Since school authority has already issued 'No Objection' certificate, respondent no.6 is directed to forward the transfer application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Paschim Bardhaman being respondent no.5 by fortnight from the date of communication of this order in offline mode for processing the same.

Court expects after forwarding the transfer application of the petitioner by respondent no.6 to respondent no.5, steps shall be taken, in accordance with law. 7.
With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
