None appears for the petitioners either physically or through virtual mode at the time of call. No accommodation has been prayed for either.

Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appears for the DVC and submits that pursuant to the order dated 23rd December, 2021, the learned Advocate for the respondent communicated the said order to the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the said learned Advocate made an endorsement on the copy of the letter to the effect that he does not have any contact with the petitioners and requested the learned Advocate for the respondent to communicate the order to the petitioners. Mr. Banerjee also submits that he has also communicated the order to the petitioners. Mr. Banerjee undertakes to file an affidavit-of-service in course of this day. In spite of service, none appears for the petitioners at the time of call.

Order sheet reflects that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
