Mr. Rupayan Deb ..... petitioner in-person Mr. Debapriya Gupta .....for the respondents The alleged grievance of the petitioner is that the second appellate authority has not entertained the appeal of the writ petitioner on the grounds disclosed by the authority in a letter dated 07.04.2022. The letter makes it clear that a copy of the second appeal was not disclosed and other documents were not enclosed and hence the appeal was defective.

WPA 14884 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to follow the instructions given in the letter of the Central Information Commission dated 07.04.2022 and take necessary steps. Since the appeal was filed within statutory time period, the Central Information Commission shall entertain the appeal provided that the appeal is filed within seven days from date.
