Counsel for the writ petitioner submits that it is unable to clean up the pond due to obstruction by the private respondents. Admittedly, T. S. No. 8 of 2020 and T. S. No. 67 of 2020 are pending in respect of the said pond.

The petitioner may file appropriate applications in the said civil suits for cleaning up the pond-inquestion and abide by any order that may be passed by the civil court.

The I. C., Arambagh Police Station has filed instructions dated 09.02.2023 and the same is taken on record.

Arambagh Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
