Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner made an application for transfer in prescribed proforma on 2nd June, 2025 and the school authority where petitioner is working issued "No Objection" on 12th June, 2025.

However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that transfer application is yet to be forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia being respondent no.5.

Considering the "No Objection" issued on transfer application of the petitioner on 12th June, 2025, respondent no.6 is directed to forward transfer application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia being respondent

no.5 by seven days from the date of communication of this order.

On receipt of transfer application respondent no.5 shall process the same and forward it to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission by four weeks thereafter.

On receipt of transfer application, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no.4 shall decide the same in accordance with law by four weeks thereafter. 7.

The decision to be taken by the respondent no.4 shall be communicated to the petitioner by fortnight thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, it is made clear that suspension of Utsashree portal shall not be a ground for rejecting the transfer application of the petitioner.

10. There shall be no order as to costs.

11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
