Petitioner has approached this court as he was aggrieved since the police authorities did not act on his representation dated 29.05.2024 and 10.06.2024.

State has submitted a report wherein it reflects that Debra PS Case No. 353/2024 dated 11.06.2024 was registered for investigation under section 447/427/435/34 of the Indian Penal Code and on conclusion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. Report also reflects that considering the nature of the dispute existing, police authorities have also drawn up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps at the appropriate stage and subsequently have kept a strict vigil by way of

drawing up proceedings, I am of the view that no interference is called for in the writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of the findings in the charge sheet they would approach the jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15647 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
