It appears that the order dated 8th January, 2024 passed by this Court has been complied with by the University by sending necessary papers to the Finance Department of the State. The State, however, has turned down the prayer for permission to fill up the relevant Group - C posts. There is no justification to keep this contempt application pending.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
