Chatterjee ... for the O.P., On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record , it appears that the parties have jointly submitted a written memorandum before the learned Mediator putting in terms and conditions of the said settlement.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the revisional application may be disposed of accordingly.

Considering the said facts, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the parties herein shall appear before the respective Courts and pray for necessary relief as per the terms and conditions in the written memorandum filed before the learned Mediator.

Let a copy of the Mediator's report dated 17.12.2025 be made part of the record and the same be placed before the respective Courts for necessary consideration.
