The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R. case no. 2082 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghoy. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case on 27th November, 2022 and the further charge sheet was submitted on 28th December, 2023. Charge is yet to be framed.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of the revisional application, being CRR 2386 of 2024, directing the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly to dispose of the proceeding of G.R. case no. 2082 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
