It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the Corporation that the demolition work has already been initiated.

Learned advocates appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, submit that the petitioner has agreed to vacate the premises within a period of three months from date. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty upon the Howrah Municipal Corporation to proceed with the demolition work immediately after the expiry of three months from date. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to communicate this order to the Corporation. The Corporation will act on the basis of the communication.

Accordingly, WPA 15621 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if

applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
