Mr. Keshab Chandra Das, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter is amicably settled out of Court and the petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the present writ petition. He files written instruction dated 6th February, 2025 which is taken on record.

None appears on behalf of the Staterespondents.

Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned Advocate, who usual appears on behalf of the State-respondents is requested to appear in this matter with a junior of his choice. The appearance of the learned advocates be regularised by the concerned authority.

Learned Advocates appearing for the private respondent Nos.9 to 12 as well as State-respondents leave the matter to the discretion of the Court. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 15644 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
