The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the First Information Report being Sonarpur P.S. Case NO. 203 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 under Sections 289/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1115 of 2023, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur.

The matter was last heard on 26.06.2023.

There is no representation on behalf of either side. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application being CRR 2273 of 2023 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
