1. In view of the fact that the claim on parity with the coaccused enlarged on anticipatory bail in CRM (A) 1740 of 2024 on May 22, 2024 in the matter of Najima Bibi and Others is not being opposed by the State.

2. In such circumstances, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner no. 1, Masidur Sk. @ Momin, the petitioner no. 2, Anikul Sk., will report before the Signed By :

Investigating Officer of the case once in a week till the conclusion of investigation and the petitioner no. 3, Sajina Khatun, the petitioner no. 4, Nurjahan Khatun @ Nureja, the petitioner no. 5, Sadika Khatun and the petitioner no. 6, Sulema Bibi @ Sulekha Bibi will cooperate with the investigation and on condition that the petitioners shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this court.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2026 of 2024 is disposed of.
