Petitioner Mr. Satadru Lahiri, Mr. Safdar Azam, ... for the petitioner It is the grievance of the petitioner that her application filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has not yet been disposed of. In this pandemic situation, it is not expected that the learned Magistrate in the Court below shall proceed with the case at a normal pace and the time line indicated under Section 12 of the said Act, can strictly be adhered to.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the opposite party no. 2 has entered appearance in the proceedings and filed his reply also.

Keeping in mind the innocuous nature of the prayer, this application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta, to consider the prayer of the petitioner for interim relief, as prayed in terms of Section 23 of the said Act, within a period of three months from

date, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Since this order will not prejudice the opposite party nos. 2 to 6, the revisional application is disposed of without serving any notice to them.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 1948 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
