There is already a civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the private respondent. To that effect, attention has been drawn to the orders passed in Title Suit No.160/2022.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are unable to enter the residence.

Be that as it may, State has submitted a report which reflects regarding the civil case which is pending as well as the proceedings drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are in know-how of the dispute, they would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 14705 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
