Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities with regard to the factual circumstances that in spite of informing the police authorities regarding excesses being inflicted at the behest of the private respondents, no steps were taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a title suit being Title Suit No. 189 of 2025 is pending. A proceeding has been initiated before the Executive Magistrate under Section 163 of BNSS. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under the relevant provisions of law, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the

strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 14702 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
