Considering the materials available in the case diary including statements of injured and eye-witness and the injury report showing inflicting of injury on face that required 6 to 8 stitches to be given, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
