Vide the said order this Court directed Mr. Ray Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents to produce a list to show the vacancies in the Anganwadi Centres (AWC) at Purba Khilkapur Gram Panchayat, North 24 Parganas.

A list is produced in Court today. Such list is retained with the record.

A copy of the said list is handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Upon perusing the available vacancies at various Anganwadi Centres as per the said list, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is willing to join the post of Anganwadi Helper (AWH) at the Suripukur FP School, being the centre enlisted at Serial No. 12 of the list.

Considering the submissions of the parties and the materials placed on record, this Court directs the authorities concerned to allow the petitioner to work as an Anganwadi Helper at the aforesaid sub-Centre, if she approaches the authorities within 10 (ten) days from the date of this order.

With the directions aforesaid, WPA 14664 of 2023 is disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been invited in the present writ petition, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.
