1. The petitioners claim to be members of the Apartment Owners Association. They lodged a complaint before the Special Secretary and the competent authority under the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 in April 2024 alleging certain illegalities with regard to the election process of the Association.

2. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties that the election is long over. At this stage directing the authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner regarding election may not be proper.

3. In view of the above no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition.

4. In the event the petitioners have further grievance, the petitioners may approach the competent forum for remedy.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
