The application made under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by the Bank is alleged to be kept pending by the District Magistrate since 2018. 2.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the office of the District Magistrate wherefrom it appears that the Bank was requested for providing necessary documents to process the Section 14 application.

In the absence of proper documents, the District Magistrate is not in a position to conclude the same.

The details of the documents required to be furnished have been made known to the learned advocate for the petitioners in Court today.

It will be open for the petitioners to provide the relevant documents to the District Magistrate for processing the application under Section 14 of the Act. 6.

The District Magistrate shall take steps in the matter immediately on receipt of the documents from the Bank.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
