It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners/applicants that the order had been passed without bringing to the attention of the Court that in a connected proceedings being CAN 10076 of 2013 and CAN 10086 of 2013 in MAT 1509 of 2013, the Hon'ble Division Bench had granted an order of stay in respect of the subject selection process. By an order dated 18 December, 2020, this Court had upon the submission made on behalf of the State directed the Appropriate Authority to carry on with the selection process. The fact of the subsisting order dated 25 November, 2013 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench was not brought to the attention of the Court.

Mr. Mahato, appearing on behalf of the State authorities submits that there is an inadvertent omission on his part and the records of the earlier proceedings were not available with him.

In view of the jurisdictional error committed in passing the order dated 18 December, 2020, the said order stands recalled.

CAN 3 of 2021 stands allowed.

The connected contempt application being CPAN 720 of 2021 stands dismissed.

All other connected applications stand disposed of.
