1. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and that even in the pending police cases, he is absconding, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. We have been informed that steps have been taken for proclamation and attachment. It is directed that the I.O. shall take steps immediately.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.

4. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2024 of 2024 is dismissed.
