The instant revisional application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for quashing of impugned proceeding being Dum Dum Police Station Case No. 910 dated 07.12.2020 corresponding to GR No. 7783/2020 under Sections 420/409/468/469/471 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas. 5.

In spite of pendency of this case since 2021, no one turned up on several occasions. No accommodation sought for. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR/1952/2021 is, thus, dismissed for default. 6.
