Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred the grievances of the petitioner have been addressed by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the police authorities have already registered a case being Monteswar Police Station case no. 307/25 dated 01.07.2025.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities have already taken steps, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 14636 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
