Bhuia ...for the Petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.169 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Krishnanagar, Nadia. Record reveals that that the hearing of the petition for recall of PW 1 was fixed on January 7, 2021. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the said application is still pending and the same has been fixed for hearing on October 7, 2021 In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity of issuing any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocate in the Court below forthwith.

CO 1716 of 2021 accordingly stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Krishnanagar will take up the hearing of the application for recalling of PW 1 on the next date fixed

that is on October 7, 2021 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
