Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having considered the fact that the representation is yet to be considered by the police authorities, I direct that within a period of 10 days, the police

authorities will consider the representation of the petitioner and communicate the outcome to the petitioner.

If the petitioner is aggrieved, she will approach the jurisdictional court in seisin of Baruipur P.S. Case No. 929 dated 15.05.2025.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14515 of 2025 is disposed of.
