Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, the private respondent appeared before the jurisdictional court in the execution case and has deposited certain amount.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the warrant of arrest has already been recalled.

Having regard to the subsequent development, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 14697 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
