Petitioner has misappropriated the monies which were inadvertently created in her bank account.

In view of the materials prima facie connecting the petitioner with the offence, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for recovery of money is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
