Since petitioner no. 2 was arrested during the pendency of the application, learned advocate for the petitioners does not press the application on his behalf.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the warrant of arrest including an order of attachment was issued against the petitioner no. 1.

Considering such steps being taken by the jurisdictional court, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1.
