This writ petition was preferred by the petitioner seeking cancellation of a notice issued by the D.I. of Schools (SE), Bankura dated 16th August, 2012 and further direction to allow the petitioner to sign on the attendance register on 26th April, 2011 and 28th April to 30th April, 2011.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
