The petitioner is aggrieved by the refusal of the School Authority to give no objection in her favour in respect of her application for general transfer made through 'Utsashree' portal. The said portal is under suspension and in place the policy for rationalization of teachers working in recognized non-Government aided/sponsored secondary schools in the State has been notified vide Notification No. 216/SE/S/10M-09/2023 dated February 10, 2023.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner for general transfer under the said subsequent notification is pending before the Commissioner of School Education.

Be that as it may, in view of development as aforesaid the writ petition is dismissed without any order as costs.

However, the Commissioner of School Education shall dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
