Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

As the grievance of the petitioners has been taken care of and the Howrah Municipal Corporation has already issued a notice upon the petitioners as also the respondent Nos.6 to 12 fixing a date of hearing, this writ petition is disposed of without passing any orders in favour of the petitioners. However, a direction is issued upon the Howrah Municipal Corporation, to reach the complaint, lodged by the petitioners in respect of which the hearing has already been fixed on September 28, 2021, to its logical conclusion upon hearing all

the parties and/or their respective learned Advocates. All parties shall be allowed to submit documents in respect of their respective contentions and on the basis thereof, the entire issue shall be decided. A reasoned order dealing with the contentions of the parties shall be passed and communicated to the parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Till such time, the petitioners' possession shall not be jeopardised in anyway.

This writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
