The revisional application is filed assailing the impugned order dated 19th January, 2013 passed by the Learned Trial Court.

This is a long pending matter and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, revisional application being CO 1679 of 2013 is hereby dismissed for default.

Consequently, application being CAN 1 of 2014 (Old No. CAN 7160 of 2014) is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

Let the LCR be returned at once.
