The present writ petition had been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to rectify the gradation list of Senior Assistant published in the year 1996 and 1999.

It is submitted that the relief that has been prayed for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly necessary orders are prayed for.

Considering the submission and the materials on record the writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.

All connected applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
