Let this writ petition be treated as on day's list as the same has been mentioned by the learned advocate for the petitioner and after the same has been informed to the office of the learned Senior Standing Counsel. Pursuant to the same being repeatedly mentioned by Mr.

Bhattacharyya, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner in respect of the resistance being faced at the ground level, the matter has been taken up.

Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appears for the State-respondents.

In continuation of the earlier order dated 01.07.2025 since the petitioner is facing obstruction from the police administration, I direct that the organisers would coordinate with the police authorities and be flexible regarding the size of the stage. The proposed stage should not exceed 10 ft. in breadth and 20 ft. in length and the guardrails be installed to demarcate the gathering of the people at the culmination point.

This order is being passed in spite of Mr.

Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the State

raising objection relating to construction of the stage.

Liberty is granted to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner to communicate the gist of this order to the concerned authorities.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
