Earlier this revisional application was called on 26.06.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also when the matter is called, none represented the petitioner.

Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the enclosures in this revisional application along with the contentions advanced therein. I find that the investigating authorities, on conclusion of investigation, submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court under Sections 498A/323/325/307/506/354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed. In view of the aforesaid, I am unable to appreciate the prosecution case. The petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application for discharge before the learned trial court. No interference is made by this Court. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2283 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
