On 4th July, 2024, we allowed the application for anticipatory bail in respect of both the petitioners. However, in the cause title, the name of the first petitioner has been mentioned and the order was transcribed only in respect of the first petitioner inadvertently.

Let the cause title be corrected.

Wherever the expression "petitioner" is mentioned in the order, it should be read in plural and the word "is" shall be replaced by "are".

In paragraph no. 4 in addition to the name of Ayenul Mondal @ Ainul Mondal @ Subhan, the name of the petitioner no.2 shall also be added. The order dated 4th July, 2024 shall be corrected suitably in terms of this order. 5.
We record that anticipatory bail prayer is allowed in respect of both the petitioners.

Pursuant to the aforesaid correction, paragraph no.4 should be read as follows:
"Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners namely, Ayenul Mondal @ Ainul Mondal @ Subhan and Saheb Shah Fakir @ Rajibul Shah Fakir, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-I, Special Court (under NDPS Act), Krishananagar, Nadia, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also subject to condition that they shall appear before the trial court within two weeks from date and thereafter, on each and every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever or commit similar offences in future".

This order should be treated to be a part of the order dated 4th July, 2024.
