Report reflects that the trial of the case has already been concluded and the present accused has been acquitted by the learned ADJ, 2nd Court, Barrackpore on 28.07.2014. In view of the subject matter of challenge being the quashing of the proceeding which has become redundant because of the progress of the case, I am of the view that no interference is required.

Accordingly, CRR 2120 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, consequentially stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
